Each school prioritizes the emotional, social, and mental wellbeing of each child and advocates for learning through play. Over the past several years, The Goddard School has become one of the most highly sought-after private daycare options for young children.
Kyle Arbaugh is the proud owner of two Goddard School locations in Ohio. As an entrepreneur, Kyle has started several businesses throughout the years, and he and his wife eventually decided to acquire their own Goddard School franchise. After they purchased their first location in 2020, they wanted to expand the business and acquire a second location. Kyle partnered with Brendan McMoran, our experienced Business Development Officer, to achieve SBA financing for the transaction.
In 2022, Kyle and his wife were ready to expand their original location and purchase the building that the school was housed in. They wanted to start investing in the property and needed a lender who could provide financing as quickly as possible. Having worked with Brendan before, Kyle knew that Brendan would be able to get the deal done in the timeframe they were looking for. Brendan worked closely with Kyle and his wife on the deal and was able to get their SBA 7(a) loan approved and funded in less than 75 days.
