Customers can also order directly through the restaurant’s app, making it quick and convenient to choose healthy eating options from SoFresh.
The newest SoFresh location in South Lakeland, Florida is managed by Abd Qoran. Abd first gained experience as a store manager after working for his family’s donut franchise for a number of years. He then began to work for his cousin, who had opened his own SoFresh location. After running his cousin’s SoFresh for two years, Abd wanted to take the next step and purchase the business. When his cousin agreed to sell, Abd began looking for financing options. His cousin’s real estate agent recommended an SBA loan and put him in contact with Julia Smith, one of our experienced Business Development Officers. Julia helped Abd get the documentation he needed to apply for the loan and worked closely with him as the loan went into closing. Ultimately, Julia helped Abd get the financing he needed to acquire the business, along with additional working capital to maintain cash flow.
