After years of working as a general manager at a larger HVAC company, Managing Partner Stephen Eisenmann, Sr. decided to open his own business with his son in December 2007. In April 2008 Andrew Straka left the company he was working for to become the third partner.

Mr. Eisenmann had been a member of FNB for several years, so he knew exactly where to turn to obtain the funds he needed for his commercial real estate purchase. It was determined that a small business loan would be the best option for Modern Mechanical – that’s how Mr. Eisenmann became connected with Business Development Officer Michael Byers.
