Harbor Auto Restoration, located in Rockledge, Florida, is a family-owned business that has been restoring classic and antique cars for almost 40 years. They specialize in classic car, muscle car, classic truck, antique car, and hot rod restorations. From a simple facelift to an entire vehicle overhaul, they do all of the paint, bodywork, mechanical and electrical updates in house. Over the years, Harbor Auto Restoration has worked on Corvettes, Cadillacs, vintage firetrucks, and everything in between — many of which have gone on to win numerous car show awards.
As children, William Tetro and Audrey Stewart grew up at Harbor Auto Restoration. Their parents and aunt and uncle started the business 38 years ago, and have continued to grow the company over the years. As the time approached for the older generation to retire, they asked William and Audrey to consider purchasing the company and continuing the family business. William had been in the business since high school and knew the ins and outs. Audrey had gone a different route and pursued a medical career, first as a physical therapist and then in an admin role for a local hospital. Both siblings were ready to take on the family business and continue the legacy of Harbor Auto Restoration.
A business broker put them in touch with a Business Development Officer on our team, who helped structure an SBA loan for the siblings to acquire the business.
