Corporate Glass is a contract glazing company based in Erie, Pennsylvania, specializing in commercial glass and glazing, as well as doors and automatic openers for ADA compliant entrances, and residential custom shower enclosures. They operate in twenty-six states and have executed glazing and fabrication for many commercial businesses.
Fred Teitman acquired Modular Engineering and founded ME Construction, with his Business Partners, before eventually acquiring Corporate Glass as well. Together, these three companies are able to function synergistically on projects and effectively bring one packaged solution to the market.
When the opportunity arose for Fred to acquire Corporate Glass, FNB was a natural partner. Having worked with Modular Engineering and ME Construction previously, the opportunity with Corporate Glass allowed Fred and FNB to continue their existing relationship. Fred worked directly with one of our experienced Business Development Officers, to achieve SBA financing. In choosing the SBA loan option, Corporate Glass was able to position itself for further growth by keeping capital within the company and operating within a longer loan duration.
In speaking about the experience of working with FNB Small Business Finance, Fred says:
What separates First National from other banks we’ve worked with or looked at in the past is that they really take the time to understand our business, what our unique needs are, and then they help to package a solution for us on the financing side that does exactly what we need it to do in order to continue to grow our business.
We value our partnership with Corporate Glass and wish them continued growth and success in the future.
