COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company located in Bedford Heights, Ohio. They provide professional cleaning services for a range of products including carpet, upholstery, air duct, dryer vent, tile and grout, area rug, drapery, blinds, stage drapes, natural stone, concrete, and granite countertop. They also provide 24-hour emergency water restoration and mold remediation services.
They are a locally owned business, with the added advantage of being part of a national franchise system that provides state-of-the-art equipment, supplies, and continuous up-to-date processes. They pride themselves on having a team of technicians that are cross-trained on various processes and provide timely service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Brad Hunsucker graduated from Muskingum University and has over 25 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has been able to gain experience in strategic planning, multi-unit business development, financial planning, and project management. He has been with COIT for over 10 years and knew from the beginning he wanted to open his own franchise eventually. In February 2021, the previous owner, Harvey, approached Brad with a plan to have him acquire the business.
After speaking with his accounting firm, they determined that an SBA loan would be a great fit for the acquisition, and Brad was put in contact with Tim Carson.
